Welcome to Cypress Park, which is located in South Louisiana, just 9 miles from the Central Business District of New Orleans. We can be found in a quiet, “off the beaten path” area, just across the Intracoastal Waterway in Belle Chasse.

Cypress Park is located in the Plaquemines Parish School District, which has some of the highest-ranked schools in South Louisiana with excellent LEAP scores. The Community is directly across the street from Belle Chasse Primary School, where kids can walk to school or play ball in the field next door! We are just a few miles away from local shopping, attractions, and restaurants, which makes this an ideal location. The French Quarter and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas are only 9.5 miles away so you can play tourist anytime the mood strikes you and the Belle Chasse Naval Air Station is nearby, where a great number of military proudly serve our country. From time to time, you can look up, hear, and watch the F-15 jet planes make their practice runs. This part of South Louisiana is known for its outdoor activities. There are many coastal swamps, marshes, and bayous that boast some of the best fishing for anglers and surrounding woods for hunting and outdoor fun.
