Lose your keys? No problem! Lock and unlock your doors with a single push on your Alert 360 app from anywhere. It provides secure keyless entry to your home. Plus, you can allow access to others when you're not home without having to run home to let them in.

Honeywell Smart Thermostat

Control the temperature of your home while on the go or sitting on the couch. Set schedules or use geofencing to adjust the temperature of your house for your arrival.

The Alert 360 App

The alert 360 app is the command center for your smart home. Using your mobile device, you can unlock doors, set your thermostat, control lights, or garage doors, view live video and even speak to visitors at your front door all with one free and easy-to-use app. 

Qolsys Smart Hub

Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus is a 7-inch touchscreen. It has a built-in 5 MP camera with interactive services powered by Alert 360. This serves as the hub of the entire smart home.

Skybell HD Doorbell Camera 

The Skybell smart video doorbell enables you to see, hear and speak to the visitor at the door, whether you’re at home or away from home.        

Incentives are available only for select communities and homesites in Louisiana and Mississippi. The home automation package is currently available on select inventory homes.  You must use DSLD Mortgage and DSLD Title, or DSLD's preferred title company, to receive the incentives.
